Some people say that modern Pokemon are over-designed and too detailed. Then I just point at Ho-Oh and tell them to shove it. Yeah, Reshiram is a bit over the top, but earlier gens had their share of complex designs too. Even gen 1 had Gyarados and Magmar. Personally, I think the weirdest generation is gen 4. However, I do see their point. It used to be that you had to be a legendary or fully evolved starter to have a complex design, but now any old Pokemon could look like Kommo-o. But no matter what, I think we can all agree that Ultra Beasts are plain bizarre.
